KORA works with carefully selected coffee from Nepal, bringing distinctive Himalayan coffee to Australia. Every batch is roasted to highlight the character and flavour of its origin.

Each batch is freshly roasted, and the roast date is listed on the product page. For the best experience, we recommend allowing the coffee to rest before brewing.

Freshly roasted coffee releases CO₂ during a process called degassing. Allowing the coffee to rest helps the flavours settle and develop, giving you a more balanced and expressive cup.

Filter Roast — designed for brewing methods such as V60, Chemex and AeroPress, with a more expressive and nuanced flavour profile.

Espresso Roast — developed for espresso and milk-based drinks, with a richer, fuller profile.

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
